All proofs are free, so you are under no obligation to purchase. Please go to the contact us portion and send an email to us saying what you would like to order.  We will from there contact you within 24 hours to begin the design process. 

Do not forget, once you have ordered, to email your photos to nking@fourkingscards.com . please email the photo .jpeg you would like to use. We recommend you send a digital photo directly from your camera. Make sure your image is large, at least 300 dpi and 1800 x1200 pixels. Please do not re-touch or crop the photo yourself, or re-save to a smaller or larger file size.  Please do not send us slideshows or gallery links, please attach the photos as files to your email, so they will come to us in their full size.  Photos should be unaltered. We can change your photo to black and white or sepia and can cut out the background as well. Red eye can be removed. We can also adjust the photo as needed. Black and white with some color is also available.

You will receive a seperate confirmation email of receipt of your photos. Should you not receive this email, please email us at kingfam4@q.com

Once we have finished customizing your card we will send you a jpeg file to approve. At this point we will make any necessary changes.

Announcements are printed professionally on photo paper with matte or glossy finish. Please include your preference in the notes section. Order will also include white envelopes.

FAQ's
  • Can we use professionally prepared photographs?

    Yes, with written consent from the photographer. If they grant permission they will have a form that can be forwarded to us. We would need this form via US mail, email is not acceptable.

  • Should I edit my photos before sending them?

    No, we have all the capabilites to edit the photos in any way that you would like. We are able to crop, sharpen, reduce red-eye, and make color photos black & white. If there is anything specific that you would like done to a photo before it is used, such as having a specific part cropped out or fixing a blemish, please just note that in the email with your photos
  • Is there an extra charge to change a design?

    No. All our announcements can be altered in any way to suit your needs and style. We are able to change the colors, the fonts, and the wording. We will also change the layout or combine two different announcements if you would like.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    After we have received your final approval on the design, please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order via UPS Ground, or if you have chosen to rush ship, you will receive it in 4-6 business days via 2nd Day UPS. Keep in mind we only ship Monday through Friday, not on weekends.

 

  • Are envelopes included?

    Yes, we include an envelope for each announcement, with an extra for every ten.

 

  • Can I pre-order my envelopes?

    Yes. If you would like your envelopes to be sent early, you may order them for an additional $10, which is to cover the cost of the extra shipping. You may pre-order these as early as you like; days, weeks, or months in advance.
